I find that I learn better when I am eating. I sense that the pleasure coming from the food helps me pay attention and/or remember things. It seems similar to the phenomena of people learning better after/during exercise (think: walking meetings).

Does anyone know of any research that supports this? Any anecdotal evidence?

I think learn better if I stop to eat whenever I feel like eating, and not get distracted by thoughts of food (I also lack 10 kg to normal weight, so I can afford it.)
