There are profit (and income) premiums in vice industries from non-competitive behaviour by moralists. Wouldn't be suprised if moral entrepreneurs intersect with actual entrepreneurs.

Bigger than vice industries. See also the bootleggers and baptists model of regulation.

I'd be interested to hear more about "moral enterpreneurs". I'm guessing you don't mean people who take moral risks in order to maximize their morality.
