My view is typically that links should be summarized at least a little to help the reader decide whether to follow. Pretty much what he said.
Also, is this just for the "wow" factor? Like, "Someone is hiring astronauts. Amazing!"? Or is it to try and help anyone here with employment? I don't get it. And the fact that there's no description of what you're doing with the link leaves me completely in the dark.
On the off chance that you're actually posting an employment opportunity, please add this to your post:
Essentials for Pilot-Astronaut successful candidates
'Cause that rules out most people here, I reckon, and they can save themselves time if hope of employment is why they followed the link.
This is cool, but I'd rather you not link it, especially if there's no correlation (a skim didn't find one, though I may be mistaken) to rationality. This is not the sort of thing that I want to be distracted by; it's not worth my time.
EDIT: Maybe put this in the 'links' thread?
EDIT2: I want to qualify my last sentence with "unless I'm specifically looking for something like this." (It re-read too much like a flame.)
