I feel like some fonts may have changed on lesswrong recently. Might just be my system, but I think the fonts of post titles on the homepage and maybe answers to questions changed?
No font changes recently. At least no intentional ones. We do use system fonts for comments in-particular, so they differ depending on your exact setup and operating system.
