Hey all, my name is Rishi, a rising freshman studying computer engineering in college. I am also the co-founder of a lyric assistant platform called Poetic, and I'm spending the summer with my two other co-founders working on our web app! Keep in mind though, I have very little experience with coding, so I've been looking everything up as I go - as a result, it's been an incredible learning experience for me. It is mind-boggling to think that it is only just the beginning of my journey...

I noticed that one of my co-founders is very inquisitive, curious, and vocal with his many solid pieces of reasoning. It is impressive to me that he can create and describe such solid opinions seemingly out of nowhere! He stands his ground, and he oftentimes makes a lot of sense. He is one of the greatest thinkers I know because of that, and I recently learned that he loves to read! I am getting into reading more and more now myself too, so I got excited when I learned this about him. I asked him what he reads, and he mentioned lesswrong. And now I am here as a newbie!

I've done a little bit of poking around, and I can tell that this is the right place for me. From the lesswrong community, I hope to learn how to become a more rational thinker so that I can give more constructive input for my team, as well as produce great content myself!
