This week we'll be taking in a lovely view from Ottawa's own "precipice" while discussing the topics featured in Toby Ord's "The Precipice," (reading not required) and how people go about making such predictions as those in the book... and drawing some conclusions about how much confidence to hold in different forecasting persuasions.

We'll meet at Tavern on the Falls to grab some food/drink and the view, and then take a walk down to Stanley Park.
