No. You are free to start new threads like this in discussion. Karma votes on the new thread will tell you to what extend the community is happy that you started a new thread.
If you find yourself posting threads that get negative karma, try to understand why they get negative karma and don't repeat mistakes.
My question was actually a bit more targeted - I should have been more precise.
Will_Newsome posted the original Irrationality Game, and he has left the site (well, hasn't posted for months. Perhaps I need to PM him and ask if he's still around). His original post was really very well written, and while I could re-write it, I would probably not change much. So basically, if I repost the idea of an established user who is no longer around... Is that really okay?
